How We're Regulated | Our Responsible Pharmacist | Chemist4U
Our pharmacists are all fully qualified, registered with the GPhC, and have years of combined experience in online and community pharmacies. They take responsibility for not only how our pharmacy operates day to day, but for the over-the-counter medications we sell, and the prescriptions we dispense too.
Some of our pharmacists are even qualified to prescribe medications, using their unrivalled medical knowledge to provide a wider range of treatment options for our patients. Look below to meet today’s responsible pharmacist and check out their credentials for yourself.
Meet the teamRicardo Martinez Moreno-Davila
GPhC Registration: 2055503We can provide over the counter and off the shelf medications to patients aged 16 and over, and our clinic can prescribe medications to adults aged 18 and over.
We deliver throughout the UK, and this goes for products from our store, repeat prescriptions, and prescribed medications from our clinic.
When you want to obtain either an over the counter or prescription medication, you’ll enter into a short online consultation with our healthcare team, usually one of our pharmacists or prescribers.
You’ll need to answer some quick questions which will help our professionals get a better idea about the state of your health and any conditions you may be suffering from.
This process is completely private and confidential, just as it would be when you consult with your local pharmacist or GP, and your answers are only used so our team can help you make the best possible healthcare choices.
If our team decide that the medication you would prefer is not suitable for you for any reason they will let you know and suggest some alternative treatments that will be a better fit for you and may be more effective at treating your condition.
At the end of the day, your health comes first, and our team will never provide any medications that they don’t believe will be right for you.
In order to get this right, our team may sometimes ask you to provide some extra information, such as a valid form of identification, before they’ll finalise your order. Naturally, this extra information will be treated with the same care and confidentiality as the rest of your online consultation.
Due to the nature of our online business, we are unfortunately unable to provide assistance to patients who are in need of immediate medical care. In these cases, you may need to contact your local healthcare services, such as your local walk-in centre or A&E department.
If our team think you would benefit from in-person or urgent care, we will let you know what they believe you should do next, based on the information you have given us.
Sometimes, you just need a face-to-face consultation with a medical professional and our team are more than happy to advise that you use your local services if you need to.
Chemist4U is our online pharmacy and it’s owned and operated by a company called Innox Trading Limited. We’re registered with Companies House under the registration number 07262043 and have a valid UK VAT registration (140138454)
